Phase 1: Quad Focus
Kickstart your journey by targeting those powerful quads. From hack squats to leg extensions, this phase is all about building strength and endurance in the front of your legs.
Phase 2: Hamstring Focus
Shift your focus to the back of your legs as we dive into exercises specifically designed to sculpt and tone those hamstrings. Get ready to feel the burn with exercises such as Romanian deadlifts, leg curls and more!
Phase 3: Glute Focus
It's time to round out your leg transformation by putting the spotlight on your glutes. With a mix of hip thrusts and kickbacks you'll build strength and shape in all the right places.
