My goal is to help you achieve a mindset based on building healthy, sustainable habits focusing on fitness and balanced nutrition.

Dedicated to assisting you in fostering a mindset that revolves around the cultivation of healthy, sustainable habits. With a profound emphasis on both fitness and balanced nutrition, my aim is to empower individuals to embark on a transformative journey toward holistic well-being.

My name is Jazmin Gillispie, most people know me as Miss Jazzy Fit, and I live in beautiful British Columbia with my two amazing daughters.

I had my first daughter in 2012, and my second in 2013. Together, we are a single unit, a team, and they are my biggest motivation.

Their presence infuses a purpose into every endeavor, amplifying my commitment to building a life steeped in health, balance, and wellbeing. In them, I find not only a reason to strive for personal growth but also a source of inspiration to impart the values of resilience, health-consciousness, and determination.

Throughout my life, I have invested my time and energy into various athletic departments.

When I was four years old, I started training in tae-kwon-do, where I eventually started competing. By the time I had my first daughter, I fell out of love with tae-kwon-do and decided I needed a lifestyle change. That is when I started weightlifting, and I never looked back.

I eventually competed in amateur bodybuilding shows before realizing that particular fitness style was not for me.

Once my bodybuilding days were behind me, I focused on sustainable fitness. I WAS NOT hyper-focused on aesthetics. I shifted to a mindset that led me to be just as happy about my mental health as I was about my physical appearance.

Fast forward a few years later, and here I am ready to help other people who were like me in wanting to find a style of fitness that makes them feel complete.

I am genuinely passionate about helping people gain confidence by providing them with tools they can use to build their dream body in a healthy and sustainable way.

As someone who understands what it is like to walk into a gym and feel self-conscious, I have made it my life goal to help others knock down those barriers to be the best version of themselves.
